Pre-application services we provide can take the form of consultation on clients needs, specific product applications, marketing assistance or information, or same day proposal service.
Once an application is signed, our brokers can expect quick and efficient processing and pre-underwriting of applications. We arrange exams unless the broker prefers to arrange it, and will engage in underwriting negotiations on your and your clients behalf. During the entire process you will receive emailed updates as to the current status of the application or outstanding requirements any time there is a status change.
Once the business is in force, you can rely on us to resolve any commission issues, and to promptly service any policy or change requests.
We do not force brokers to meet specific production requirements.
